Ça, ça fâchait beaucoup de militaires parce que, mettons que les fantassins ont fait une opération qui a détruit une partie d’un champ, le fermier venait nous voir et on le remboursait. Pourquoi rembourser un gars suspecté de cultiver de la drogue pour le compte des talibans ?
